What is a Sub-processor
A "Sub-processor" is any third-party service we use to process personal data on our behalf in providing GENE Blocks Studio and the gene-wp.com website (together, the "Service").
This page lists our current Sub-processors. We update it when we add, change, or remove a Sub-processor.

Notifications of changes
When we add or replace a Sub-processor, we update the table above. If you have a Data Processing Agreement with us, you can request advance notification of material changes by emailing contact-web@onecraft-ne.jp.
Cross-border transfers
When personal data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision (notably to vendors in the United States), we rely on:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission
- UK Addendum for UK transfers
- Additional safeguards required after Schrems II, where applicable
Data Processing Agreement
We sign Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with our Sub-processors that handle personal data on our behalf. Customers can request our DPA template by writing to contact-web@onecraft-ne.jp.
