GENE Complete Site ProRefund Policy

All sales are final
GENE Complete Site Pro does not offer refunds. All purchases (the Pro and Agency annual plans) are final once payment has been taken.
There is no free trial. Instead, you can evaluate the product before buying using the free edition (GENE Complete Site) — it generates a complete website in the White design at no cost and with no time limit. Pro adds two more designs (Cinematic and Warm) and the all-in-one toolkit, and starts instantly when you buy.
Charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel an annual subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals — it does not refund the current paid period, and you keep access until the end of that period.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund only where required by applicable law (for example, certain statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived), or, at our sole discretion, in the case of a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge.
If you believe you were charged in error, email contact-web@onecraft-ne.jp within a reasonable time, with the email address used at purchase and your order number from the Freemius receipt.
Effect of a license ending
If a license is refunded (in one of the limited cases above) or expires:
- The license is deactivated and the Plugin stops receiving updates.
- Generated content on your WordPress site remains intact — it was always native WordPress blocks.
